Our 6-Week Fight Fit Transformation is designed to help you push your limits and see real results in a short amount of time. This program gives you full access to our classes so you can train consistently, build strength, improve conditioning, and develop real martial arts skills. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get in shape, or experience the intensity of fight training, this program gives you the structure and support to make it happen.
Participants receive unlimited classes for the full six weeks, allowing you to train as often as you want. The program also includes a free MMA District T-shirt, a nutrition structure guide to help support your training and recovery, and weekly accountability check-ins to help keep you focused and progressing toward your goals.
The Fight Fit Transformation is open to anyone ready to challenge themselves. Some people join to lose weight and build confidence. Others want to test what it feels like to train like a fighter. No experience is required. Our coaches will guide you through the process and help you get the most out of every session.
