Known as the Art of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai blends punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with balance, timing, and ring IQ. Our program builds real striking fundamentals for self-defense, fitness, and competition. No ego, just smart, technical work that scales to your level.
Sessions follow a clear structure with a dynamic warm-up, technical instruction, padwork or partner drills, and optional controlled sparring. Coaching is hands-on and intensity is set to your experience so beginners learn safely while advanced students stay challenged.
No experience? Perfect. We start with stance, balance, and safe mechanics, then build combinations and ring awareness. You’ll progress at your own pace with partners and coaches who want you to succeed.
Expect focused clinch rounds and purpose-built conditioning. We train for efficiency, strong posture, clean frames, and repeatable entries so your technique holds up when the pace rises.
We train hard and with respect. Controlled contact, proper gear, and clear communication keep rounds productive. Sparring is always optional and scaled to experience level.
Hand wraps and gloves (12 to 16 oz), shin guards, mouthguard, and water. If you’re new, we’ll help you get properly outfitted and moving correctly from day one. A courtesy shower is available; please bring your own towel and soap or shampoo.
Our youth program builds coordination, discipline, and confidence through fundamentals and positive coaching. Structured drills, simple combinations, and age-appropriate conditioning keep training fun and focused.
