Technique thrives when your body can keep up. Our Strength and Conditioning program builds the power, endurance, and durability needed to perform on the mats and in life. Sessions are scalable and purposeful with no fluff, just results that carry into MMA, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu.
We start with simple movement and capacity checks, then follow a clear track: learn the pattern, own the pattern, load the pattern. You’ll get clear cues, smart rep schemes, and steady progress without burnout.
Competing athletes align lifting with camp phases such as accumulation, intensification, and taper. Training for life focuses on strong fundamentals, safe progression, and conditioning that makes everyday tasks feel easier.
Durability is a skill. Expect prep for common hot spots like knees, low back, and shoulders, plus cooldown protocols and options for off-day mobility so you can train more and miss less.
Each session includes a dynamic prep, a main strength block, power or carry work, a conditioning finisher, and mobility or recovery. Intensity scales to your experience so beginners learn safely while experienced athletes keep pushing.
Athletic wear, water, and a towel. If you use wrist wraps, knee sleeves, or a belt, bring them and we’ll help you use them correctly. A courtesy shower is available; please bring your own towel and soap or shampoo.
