How Booking Works

  • Select a class in the calendar to view details and reserve.
  • New here? Choose a beginner-friendly class or message us—our coaches will point you to the right session.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for a quick check-in and warm-up.

What to Bring

Striking: gloves, wraps, mouthguard (shin guards if you have them). Grappling: rash guard or t-shirt and shorts/spats without zippers. Flip-flops off the mats. Bring water. Courtesy shower available—please bring your own towel and soap.
